Q. Are you insured to walk dogs professionally?

A. Yes, Wildmoor Walkies is insured by Protectivity Insurance to professionally walk your dog. Please contact us for more information or to see a copy of our insurance certificate.   

Q. Do I need to be home when you collect or drop off my dog?

A. No. All our customers are comfortable sharing a set of keys with Wildmoor Walkies to enable us to collect and drop off your dog even if you are not home.

Q. What house key security measures do you have?

A. Your key will be locked away securely away from any personal information so no key can be identified to any property. In the unlikely event of your key being lost or stolen, we have lock/key replacement cover under Protectivity Pet Insurance.

Q. Are you DBS checked?

A. Yes, I am  DBS/CRB checked. Please feel free to ask to see my DBS certificate.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. If you have to reschedule or cancel a dog walk, we require at least 48 hours notice. We do try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

Q. What do you do in case of emergency?

A. We first call you to discuss the situation and agree the best plan of action. If you cannot be reached and medical attention is required we will take your pet to the vet designated by you or if this is not possible, to the nearest vet to our current location.

Q. How can I find out how the walks are going?

A. You can always call us or upon request, we will text or email you with a pet update once we return from our walk or visit.

Q. How Does Payment work?

A. We will invoice you on the last day of every month and ask that you kindly pay by bank transfer.

Q. What areas do you cover?

A. Wildmoor Walkies Dog Walking Service cover the Crowthorne and Little Sandhurst area.
